Detoxikační náplasti: opravdu účinkují?

O náplastech sloužících k detoxikaci těla můžeme v poslední době slyšet opravdu hodně. Staly se často nabízeným zbožím i na oblíbených hromadných slevách. Jsou k něčemu dobré?

Detoxikační náplasti se lepí nejčastěji na chodidla

Detoxikační náplasti údajně vycházejí z tradiční čínské medicíny i moderní vědy a mají řadu blahodárných účinků na lidský organismus. Lepí se na chodidla, a to nejlépe večer před spaním. Obsahují různé výtažky z rostlin a přírodní látky, které by měly vést k očistě těla.

Uvádí se, že pomáhají například při únavě, nadváze, kožních problémech, bolestech hlavy, bolestech zad a kloubů, zlepšují kvalitu krve, podporují imunitu, zlepšují kvalitu spánku a tak dále.

Zdá se, že je to jednoduchý způsob, jak podpořit své zdraví. Ale opravdu jim můžeme tak věřit? Zeptali jsme se tří odborníků, jaký mají na detoxikační náplasti názor.

Jsou detoxikační náplasti účinné? Lze pouhým nalepením náplasti detoxikovat tělo?

Přínosnější než náplasti je příjemná procházka

„Metoda detoxikačních náplastí je založena na principu reflexní terapie a osmózy. Reflexní terapie vychází z tradiční medicíny. Pozitivní stránkou použití náplastí vidím také v bezpečné neinvazivní aplikaci a využití čistě přírodních látek.

Jedná se o alternativní metodu. U těchto metod dle mého názoru více než kde jinde platí „Věř a víra tvá tě uzdraví“. Tomu také přisuzuji nadšené ohlasy spokojených uživatelů. Alternativní metody jsou ve svém účinku velmi individuální a nemohu je doporučit s jednoznačným výsledkem použití. 

Náplasti mohou jako řada podobných alternativních metod vzbudit pocit, že za cenu balení si předplácíte zaručený efekt. Stejně jako u hydro colon terapie platí, že se jedná o doplňkovou metodu čištění organismu.

Bez trvalé změny stravovacích návyků, pravidelného pohybu, relaxace a regenerace organismu nelze od žádné detoxikační metody čekat zázraky. 

Jako přínosnější doporučuji dopřát si pravidelně skutečnou reflexní masáž, saunu nebo příjemnou procházku.“

Náplasti jsou pouze pomůckou, ne samospasitelné

„Nejedná se o samostatnou detoxikační techniku, ale pouze o podpůrný prostředek k detoxikaci půstem, ájurvédskou detoxikaci atd. Nějaký účinek má, ale nelze jimi nahradit řádnou detoxikaci stravou atd.“

Detoxikační náplast – před a po použití

„Detoxikační náplasti jsou podle mě zajímavou, neinvazivní a leckdy i překvapivě hodně účinnou cestou očisty. Podle čínské medicíny má naše tělo více než 360 akupunkturních bodů, přičemž více než 60 se nachází na chodidlech nohou. 

Náplasti tedy pak přímo působí na reflexní body na chodidlech a stimulují tak vnitřní orgány, podporují vylučování toxických látek a dále například posilují imunitní systém, podporují kvalitní spánek a uvolňují svaly. 

Pozor, detoxikační náplasti ale nejsou samospasitelné, jsou pouze pomůckou, berličkou podporující zralé uvažování o očistě těla a o zdravém životním stylu. Jejich aplikace by měla být součástí zdravých výživových doporučení a určitě nepřinášejí výrazný efekt při jednorázové krátkodobé aplikaci.“
