Nehormonální antikoncepce je na vzestupu, stále více žen se nechce nechat ovlivňovat hormony a sází na nehormonální nitroděložní tělísko. Jak funguje a kolik stojí?

Nehormonální nitroděložní tělíska jsou moderním antikoncepčním řešením v případě, že nechcete, nebo nemůžete užívat hormonální antikoncepci. Zavádí se podle typu obvykle na pět let a jeho cena obvykle nepřesahuje tisíc pět set korun.

Nehormonální tělísko mohou užívat mladé dívky i kojící ženy

„Poslední statistiky z roku 2015 ukazují, že se od hormonální antikoncepce odkláníme, užívá ji méně než 45 % žen v plodném věku. Jak tělísko vypadá?

Jak tělísko funguje, když neobsahuje hormony?

Antikoncepční vlastnosti tělíska fungují na principu mechanického zabránění početí, proto není nutné užívat hormony. Samotné tělísko lékař zavádí do děložní dutiny, kde fyzicky brání uhnízdění oplodněného vajíčka. Tělísko na děložní sliznici vytváří tzv. sterilní zánět, který je provázen přítomností velkého množství bílých krvinek působících spermicidně.

Měď má v působení tělíska významnou roli – mechanismus účinku zůstává stejný, ovšem neinfekční zánět je právě díky ní silnější. Do děložního hlenu uvolňuje kationty oslabující spermie. Blokuje transport spermií děložním hrdlem a na spermiích vyvolává změny, kvůli kterým nejsou schopné oplodnit vajíčko. Účinek tělíska s mědí je tak vysoce spolehlivý a pravděpodobnost početí je minimální.

Antikoncepční účinek nastává okamžitě po zavedení, stejně tak se ihned po vyjmutí schopnost počít obnovuje. Nespornou výhodou je nezávislost funkčnosti na trávicím ústrojí. Tělísko tak funguje i v případě, že proděláváme trávicí těžkosti.
