Vyrážíte na dovolenou? Ať jedete po Česku nebo do zahraničí, vezměte s sebou dobře vybavenou lékárničku. Máme pro vás tipy, jak ji zabalit, a rady lékárnice k jejímu obsahu.

Jsem toho názoru, že na cesty včetně těch s dětmi by si člověk měl zabalit co nejméně věcí, ale na dobře vybavenou cestovní lékárničku nedám dopustit.

Přesné složení je individuální, já se například snažím nezapomenout na léky pro alergiky, které se u nás berou pravidelně. Platí ale několik obecných zásad a tipů, které se mohou hodit každému

Lékárnička na dovolenou nemusí být velká, spíš dobře promyšlená

Sedm tipů pro balení cestovní lékárničky

  1. Nespoléhejte na to, že jedete do civilizace a že běžné léky budete moci kdykoli koupit. Může vás totiž zaskočit to, že léky se v zahraničí jmenují jinak či se liší jejich dávkování. Dokážete v cizím jazyce vysvětlit, co přesně potřebujete?
  2. Myslete na to, že ne vše, co běžně koupíte tady, je volně prodejné i jinde. Je sice fakt, že v jižní Americe bez potíží kdekoli koupíte i antibiotika (ale stejně je to bez znalosti dávkování risk), ale možná vás překvapí zjištění, že ve Skandinávii jsou na předpis i některé banální léky na bolest.
  3. Letíte letadlem? Pak lékárnička patří do kufru, ale něco si sebou vezměte i na palubu, protože osvědčený prášek na bolest hlavy vám v podpalubí nebude nic platný. Dejte léky do uzavíratelného sáčku, ale pozor, pokud si tam chcete vzít i nějakou tekutinu či méně obvyklé léky, mohou po vás v některých zemích chtít předpis od lékaře.
  4. Letíte letadlem s malými dětmi? Nechte si raději předepsat ušní kapky, let může spustit zánět středního ucha. Kapky, jako třeba Otobacid, ho mohou rozehnat, pokud například ucho jen mírně pobolívá.
  5. Do každé lékárničky přibalte náplast, obvazy a elastická obinadla, nůžky, pinzetu, sterilní jehlu a teploměr. Na cesty do exotických oblastí přibalte ještě antibiotika, která si necháte předepsat od lékaře, antimalarika rovněž na předpis a případně léky, které vám poradí v centrech cestovní medicíny.
  6. Při kompletaci lékárničky je dobré zkontrolovat, do kdy jsou léky použitelné a při jaké teplotě se mají skladovat. Na dovolené nebývá marné umístit lékárničku do ledničky. A máte ke všem lékům návod, abyste věděli, komu jich kolik můžete podat?
  7. Dobrým tipem navíc je jakákoli mast na promazání suché kůže na rukou i jinde.

Co přesně zabalit?

Děkuji za článek. Pro můj klid jsem vždy lékárničku před odjezdem pečlivě kontrolovala, a když bylo potřeba, tak doplnila. Narozením dcerky se nám lékárnička poněkud rozšířila. Vždy s sebou beru čípky Panadol a Nurofen. Ale co je důležité, a mnoho maminek na to zapomíná, v souvislosti s tím, jestli čípky podat či ne, je důležité s sebou přibalit také teploměr. Nám se osvědčil digitální Thermoval duo scan. Má i cestovní pouzdro, takže už má v našem kufru své místo :-)
