Levandule chodouňská má benefity švýcarských alpských bylin

Není levandule jako levandule. V Česku máme druh, který nad jinými vyniká vysokým obsahem flavonoidů, antiseptik i antioxidandů, což potvrdily výzkumy Vysoké školy chemicko-technologické. Komu a jak tato levandule pomáhá a kde se pěstuje?

Snad každý, kdo vlastní dům a kousek půdy, už si levanduli lékařskou zasadil. V létě si užívá její vůně při odpočinku na zahradě, v zimě pak zdobí jeho interiér. Jenže v Česku roste i jedna speciální levandule, která v sobě skrývá víc než ta, kterou si pěstujeme doma. 

Nese název levandule chodouňská a jejích výjimečných vlastností si všiml i docent Petr Kaštánek, biochemik a odborník na biodynamické látky uvnitř bylin. V čem tkví její unikátnost a co všechno se z ní vyrábí, nám prozradila Helena Neumannová, vystudovaná zdravotní sestra a už osm let majitelka Levandulového údolí v Chodouni.

Kde jste se prvně setkala s levandulí?

Když jsem poprvé před čtyřiadvaceti lety navštívila svého otce ve Venezuele, setkala jsem se tisíce kilometrů od domova s kouzlem a sílou bylin. Aloe, které pomáhalo s desítkami problémů jako popáleniny, hematomy, odřeniny, zranění a tržné rány mě doslova okouzlilo. S tím to ale nekončilo. Deyanera, druhá žena mého otce, pracovala s kořeny i bylinami, které jsem vůbec neznala. Zajímalo mě to a přes první překážky se španělštinou jsem postupně chápala, jakou moc a sílu příroda má. Teprve tisíce kilometrů od domova jsem pochopila kouzlo a umění mé babičky, které je dnes i díky bylinkám 90 let a užívá své znalosti a sílu rostlin.

Toto byl ten impuls k založení Levandulového údolí?

Životy a příběhy českých bylinkářů a farmářů natolik okouzlily mou rodinu a mou přítelkyni Milenu Krčálovou, že jsme se zamilovaly. S úctou jsme v Chodouni, v samém srdci Barrandien Geoparku, který se táhne od Barrandova až k Plzni a kam ji v 10. století přinesli Keltové, vysadili levanduli lékařskou. Samozřejmě v bio kvalitě.

V čem je vaše levandule tak výjimečná?

Největším bohatstvím uvnitř levandule lékařské jsou antioxidanty, antibiotika, antiseptika a antidepresiva uvnitř byliny, která je samozřejmě vypěstovaná bez chemie, pesticidů.

Jak jste přišli na to, že vaše levandule chodouňská je jiná než ostatní levandule lékařské?

V roce 2020 jsme drželi bio certifikaci k 50 000 bio levandulím chodouňským a byli jsme rozhodnuti, že jako první na světě půjdeme vyrábět s Vysokou školou chemicko-technologickou (VŠCHT) nikoliv šampony v bio kvalitě, ale zdravou výživu. Léčit moderně v nutriční výživě a bio nápojích, čajích, snacku, ingrediencích…

Co se ale stalo? Účinky byly významně lepší než ve světovém výzkumu levandule lékařské. Začali jsme se pídit potom, čím to je, a všiml si nás docent Petr Kaštánek, biochemik a vynikající odborník na biodynamické látky uvnitř bylin.

Když jsme seděli u vína v Levadulovém údolí, nadávala jsem na každodenní vítr, který nás tam doprovází. A bylo to. „Ty máš tu medicínu, Heleno, ale chybí ti ta chemie, smál se Petr. Ten vítr ti stresuje bylinu, a proto máš tak vynikající léčebné výsledky, protože obsahuje vysokou dávku bioflavonoidů a bioterpenů. Bez chemie, ATB a pesticidů v půdě. Měla bys větru a zimnímu mrazu děkovat. Dostává levanduli chodouňskou mezi takové poklady, jako jsou vysoko rostoucí švýcarské byliny v Alpách nebo v Tibetu, Peru a podobně.“ 

S jakými produkty vám odborníci z VŠCHT pomáhali/pomáhají? Narazili jste při výrobě na nějaký problém?

Tak jsme v rámci vlastních finančních možností započali vývoj a výzkum s VŠCHT a docentem Petrem Kaštánkem, docentkou Čížkovou, docentem Petrem Kolískem a dalšími odborníky, naturopaty a lékaři.

Například doktorka Iveta Horsáková s námi spolupracovala na velmi těžkém zadání čisté bio levandulové harmonizované vody. Staří Egypťané považovali levanduli lékařskou, odrůdu Angustifolia, za královnu bylin pro její neuvěřitelné léčivé schopnosti. Stáčeli bylinné vody přes 24karátové zlato. 

Tím příběhem jsme se chtěli inspirovat. Ale když chcete zachovat všechny bioflavonoidy, antioxidanty, ATB, antiseptika, antidepresiva a další biodynamické látky v bio levandulové vodě s bio citronem bez konzervantů, chemie a s šetrnou pasterizací, řeknu vám, je to oříšek.

Dva roky jsme s šéfkou výroby Milenou Krčálovou a Ivetou Horsákovou nespaly a vylévaly hektolitry s plísní. Stále jsme nemohly přijít na to, jak prodloužit trvanlivost alespoň na devět měsíců. Díky znalostem paní doktorky a jejího týmu se to ale podařilo.

Jak aktuálně levanduli využíváte?

Rozdělili jsme budoucnost na dvě divize: Celostní péči s bio levandulí chodouňskou v lázeňství a na Nutriční každodenní výživu s bio levandulí chodouňskou, kde nabízíme produkty pro přípravu nálevů, čajů, vaření a pečení, bio nápoje, ale i potravinové doplňky a oleje. Chceme vrátit věhlas českému bylinoznalectví. Znovu se dívat, jak se na Českou zemi dívá svět přes unikátní příběhy, mozky a ruce.

Proč bych si já jako osoba zdravá, bez zásadních zdravotních obtíží, měla dopřát levanduli chodouňskou?

Čistě pro prevenci viróz, angín a zánětů. Pro kvalitní spánek a klidnou mysl. Pro „veselé střevo“ a tím skvěle fungující tvorbu dopaminu, serotoninu, imunity. Pro dny bez stresu a dobrou soustředěnost. Pro vitalitu a energii bez vedlejších účinků ze syntetických potravinových doplňků, vitamínů a léčiv. A hlavně pro její úžasnou chuť a vůni, i když se léčím. Na zdraví s bio levandulí chodouňskou. A dobrou chuť.
