Pleť v těhotenství doznává řady změn. Příčinou jsou vysoké hladiny hormonů v krvi. Stav pokožky se po porodu většinou vrátí do normálu. Pokud ne, není třeba zoufat.

V průběhu těhotenství vznikají na pleti často tmavé skvrny, tzv. melasmata, rozšířené cévky v obličeji, rozšířené póry, akné, suchost kůže. U řady těhotných ale vypadá pleť velmi dobře.

Obvykle se změny do několika měsíců po porodu navrátí do normálu. Pokud se tak nestane, není třeba zoufat, jsou zde lasery.

Rozšířené cévky spraví laser

Rozšířené cévky v obličeji řešíme pulzním barvivovým laserem s dynamickým chlazením. Laserový paprsek cíleně reaguje s červeným krevním barvivem a za vzniku tepla způsobí rozrušení cévy a její následné vstřebání. Ošetřované místo přechodně na několik dní ztmavne.

Laserové zákroky se ideálně provádějí od podzimu do jara, a to proto, že po ošetření není vhodné se zhruba jeden měsíc slunit. Je nutná ochrana proti UV záření.

Řešení pro pigmentové skvrny

Pokud ženě zůstanou po těhotenství v obličeji pigmentové skvrny, je ideální ošetřit je Q-switched alexandritovým laserem nebo intenzivním pulsním světlem.

Laserový paprsek rozmělní pigment na drobné částečky a ty jsou pak postupně fagocytárním systémem odplaveny pryč. Hojení probíhá přes drobné povrchové stroupky.

Akné v těhotenství

Pokud ženu bude v těhotenství trápit ojedinělé akné, určitě postačí aplikovat místně antibiotické, vysušující či protizánětlivé prostředky.

Pokud bude akné rozsáhlé a bude přetrvávat i po porodu, je možné k jeho léčbě využít pulzní diodový laser Smoothbeam s dynamickým chlazením. Laserové záření je absorbováno buněčnou vodou. Dochází k prohřátí mazových žláz, následnému otevření folikulárních ústí a snížené tvorbě mazu. Zákrok je pro lepší efekt vhodné několikrát opakovat.
