Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice připravila v Praze nezvykle velkou akci zaměřenou na prevenci. Odborníci v mobilních ordinacích nabídnou po jedno odpoledne zájemcům bezplatné vyšetření či konzultace. Zaměřené třeba na onemocnění cukrovkou, krevní tlak, gynekologické potíže, kouření nebo duševní zdraví.

Na pražském Karlově náměstí ve středu 21. června vyroste deset mobilních ordinací. Od 13. do 17. hodiny v nich lékaři budou nabízet 21 různých preventivní vyšetření či konzultací. Vše bezplatně a bez nutnosti mít doporučení od praktického lékaře.

Kdo je pořadatelem a proč prevence

Akce se nazývá Den prevence a v parku na Karlově náměstí ji pořádá Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice (VFN) spolu s Ministerstvem zdravotnictví. Partnery akce jsou Státní zdravotní ústav (SZÚ), Městská část Praha 2, Magistrát hl. m. Prahy a 1. lékařská fakulta Univerzity Karlovy.

„Prevence je nejjednodušší způsob, jak včas předejít zdravotním komplikacím, které později pacienty přivádějí k našim lékařům,“ vysvětluje důvod pořádání Dne prevence David Feltl, ředitel VFN.

Která vyšetření budou k dispozici

  • Vyšetření mateřských znamének 
  • Vyšetření plic 
  • Lékové poradenství 
  • Vyšetření diabetu a hladiny krevního tlaku 
  • Poradna pro zdravý životní styl a odvykání kouření 
  • Gynekologická poradna 
  • Možnost konzultace s psychologem

Co dalšího bude v programu

V rámci Dne prevence budou probíhat také ukázky samovyšetření prsu na modelech. Návštěvníci si také budou moci prohlédnout, jak vypadá miminko, jehož matka pila v těhotenství alkohol, nebo si vyzkoušet „alkoholové“ brýle. „Simulují účinky alkoholu, drog, nedostatku spánku nebo poruchy zraku,“ vysvětluje Marie Nejedlá, vedoucí Centra podpory veřejného zdraví SZÚ.

SZÚ si pro Den prevence připravil také poradenství zdravé výživy zaměřené na množství cukru a soli a zopakuje i to, na jaké prohlídky bychom neměli zapomínat.

Pestrý program doplní občerstvení zajištěné spolkem Revenium a kavárnou Modrý domeček. Obě organizace zaměstnávají osoby se zdravotním postižením či mentálním a duševním onemocněním.
